Do you have any availability?

We have three clubs:

  1. Afternoon Club and Half-Hour Club

  2. Holiday Club

Afternoon Club and Half-Hour Club

We open registration for the Afternoon Club and Half-Hour Club in May preceding the next academic year starting in August. While our slots tend to fill up fast, spaces may become available throughout the year. Typically, we have more availability in the Half-Hour Club from Mondays to Thursdays, as Fridays are more popular.

Holiday Club

Our holiday club is open to all pupils of Broughton Primary and you do not have to be a regular member to join the holiday club. We will open the booking system for holiday club in advance.

For either case, please get in touch with us, just give us a shout at 0131055609117 or shoot us an email at manager@bascedinburgh.com . We will assist you by providing availability information.

How can I register my child?

We handle all our admin stuff through KidsClubHQ. That's where you pay your monthly fees and book spots for the holiday club.

Can you tell me more about Holiday Club?

The summer holiday booking system will soon open for reservations through your online account. You'll receive an email notification regarding the booking dates.

Please note that we'll only accommodate 16 children per day, and even if certain days are popular, this capacity is unlikely to change.

If you need to cancel a summer booking without incurring charges, please do so at least two weeks before the start of the holidays.

We provide breakfast and snacks for the children, but they need to bring their own lunches. Just a friendly reminder: no nuts in lunch boxes, as we have children at the club with severe allergies.

The holiday club welcomes children from 8:15 am, and all children should be picked up by 5:45 pm. Please note that there is a pick-up late policy in place, with a fee of £7.50. This fee covers the additional costs incurred when staff work beyond scheduled hours due to late pick-ups.
